Rosenberg – October 2019 – ICO Commercial has sold 64.655 acres of land in Rosenberg, Texas. Lang Motes, CCIM, Jane Nodskov, CCIM and Larry Indermuehle, CCIM with ICO Commercial represented the seller. Baiping Zhang with Realm Real Estate Professionals represented the buyer.
